The HVAC System Adjustment & Verified Efficiency (SAVE) program is a statewide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) training and certification program brought to you by the National Comfort Institute (NCI), the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA), and Energy Stewards international (ESI).
Why become HVAC SAVE certified?
By becoming SAVE certified you will gain the skills necessary to take your service to new heights in performance and efficiency. Discover how simple measurements can help you diagnose performance issues within the system allowing you to deliver improved comfort and efficiency in your customer’s homes.
Time
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CDT
Earn CEU’s
In addition to earning your certification, this class qualifies for CEU’s (10.5 hours of HVAC discipline and 2 hours of mechanical code) that can be applied towards the renewal of your state license.
Cost
The cost of this two day training and certification is $750, but for a limited time, training participants are eligible for a $375 instant rebate off the cost of tuition from the State of Iowa. Upon earning the certification participants may also be eligible for an additional $375 rebate from participating utilities.
