COSC, in partnership with Des Moines Area Association of Realtors (DMAAR), presents a one day seminar on the value and uses for green features added to multiple listing services. CEU’s are provided through the Iowa Association of Realtors (IAR).

Audience: Realtors, appraisers, lenders and real estate attorneys.

This class meets: 12/12/12, 8:00am – 5:00pm

This 8.00 credit hour course meets the following requirements: Renewal Elective

About This Course

This training, led by Marc Richmond, a green building consultant for over 20 years, will provide value added insight into the new green components of the MLS. Marc is recognized throughout the country for his expertise in helping professionals be effective at their green building activities and teaching consumers to make informed purchasing decisions. Since 2002, Marc has been a technical, educational and strategic leader in developing the residential green building marketplace throughout the state of California. COSC, in partnership with DMAAR, is proud to present this one-day professional workshop.
