  • BTO Request for Information: Prioritization Tool

The Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Building Technologies Office (BTO) has issued a request for information (RFI) from industry, academia, research laboratories, government agencies, and other interested stakeholders for the Prioritization Tool, which was developed to improve the office’s programmatic decision-making. The tool, which currently contains data from over 500 energy efficiency measures and their markets, provides the framework and methodology for comparing the long-term costs and benefits of energy-saving measures applied to various markets.

The BTO is seeking information on data, assumptions, and outputs of various energy efficiency technologies and activities analyzed by the tool to improve its accuracy and applicability for technology planning within BTO.

For more information, visit the BTO’s webpage or email questions to Responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. EDT on December 24, 2013.
