  • Video: EPA “Building a Common Understanding: Clean Air Act and Upcoming Carbon Pollution Guidelines for Existing Power Plants”

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released a video titled “Building a Common Understanding: Clean Air Act and Upcoming Carbon Pollution Guidelines for Existing Power Plants.” The latest video provides insight to the basics of the Clean Air Act section 111, as part of their continued effort to inform various entities of the design of the existing source program. The EPA will continue to provide opportunities for public-engagement on issues regarding the design of the program throughout the next few months.

Four follow-up conference calls will be offered on Sept. 9 for community groups and states and Sept. 12 for environmental groups.

More information can be found on the EPA’s website.
